Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-25

These Terms govern your use of the tests, rankings, and community features provided by BrainRank ("the Service").

1. Accounts

You may create an account using an email address and nickname. You must provide accurate information at sign-up, and you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (including your password).

Impersonating others or creating multiple accounts for abusive purposes is prohibited.

2. Test results and rankings

Test results are meant to reflect records you actually achieved by playing. Using automation tools, macros, or other unfair means to generate or manipulate records is prohibited.

Records found to have been generated abnormally may be removed or excluded from rankings without prior notice.

3. Community use and user content

You retain copyright in the posts and comments you create. By posting, you grant the Service the license needed to display, store, and transmit your content as part of operating the Service.

The following is prohibited: spam, abusive or hateful language, sexually explicit content, illegal or dangerous content, repetitive/flooding posts, and any other conduct that harms other users or violates applicable law.

4. Content removal and enforcement

Users can flag inappropriate posts or comments to us using the report feature.

We may hide or delete content that violates these Terms, whether identified through a report or our own review, and may suspend or terminate accounts depending on the severity of the violation.

5. Changes to and discontinuation of the Service

The Service may change or discontinue some or all of its features for operational or technical reasons. Significant changes will be announced via the Notices page.

6. Intellectual property

Rights to the Service itself — its design, logo, and source code — belong to its operator. Rights to content created by users are governed by Section 3.

7. Advertising

The Service displays ads through Google AdSense to help cover operating costs such as server expenses. Ad delivery complies with applicable law and Google's policies.

8. Disclaimer

Test results are intended to measure your momentary reactions and performance for entertainment purposes and are not a basis for medical or professional diagnosis or evaluation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service limits its liability for damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms are effective as of 2026-08-25. If these Terms change, we will announce it on this page; continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
